| Through the efforts of the HBF Steering Committee,
hundreds of Hawaii business people were able to attend exclusive meetings
and network with delegates and other attendees of the Pacific Basin
Economic Council's annual meeting in 2000. |
| |
| This year, the committee is expecting to give 1,000
Hawaii business people the unique opportunity to participate in another
important global meeting - the Asian Development Bank's board of directors
34th annual meeting. |
| |
| Exclusive HBF meetings, targeted for local business
interest, and social events will be held on May 8. In addition, Hawaii
business people can also attend almost all the ADB meetings and social
functions, from May 7-11, 2001, at the Hawaii Convention Center.
